1. Our Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  2. Provide Details: Let us know the reason for the return/exchange and whether you’d like a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size/color/item.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via standard shipping.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following categories of products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bath & Body products (including any opened or used items)
  • Hair Care products (if seal is broken)

6. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for size, color, or a different product of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

7. International Returns

As we serve a global community (excluding some Asian and remote regions), customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes for international returns. We advise retaining your shipping receipt until the return is complete.
